HDR Engineering is seeking a Data Center Project Manager to join our rapidly growing TMT (Tech, Media and Telecom) practice. Opportunities are available in multiple locations across the United States.

Primary Responsibilities

We are looking for a project manager with experience in client development and data center project delivery, from planning to commissioning. The role involves managing multidisciplinary teams, developing new business, and ensuring project success.

Additional Duties include

• Mentoring and managing team members and coordinating work across projects.
• Establishing client relations and supporting marketing efforts.
• Ensuring quality standards, managing project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Travel to client sites or other offices may be required.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 5 years of leadership experience in related fields.
• Experience with data center or mission-critical projects preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and client engagement skills.
• Knowledge of industry standards such as Uptime Topology, ASHRAE TC 9.9, and ISO standards related to PUE, CUE, and WUE.

• 7 years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in project management.
