Job summary

The GOR Group seeks a Project Executive to lead, coordinate, and deliver multiple large-scale data center projects. This senior leader partners with Construction Executives, Superintendents, and preconstruction teams to ensure safety, quality, schedule, and financial results.

Qualifications

• 14+ years of construction experience with data center or mission-critical projects.
• Proven success leading multiple large, complex projects concurrently.
• Strong background in preconstruction, estimating, and contract negotiation.
• Deep understanding of construction financials, forecasting, and risk management.
• OSHA 10 certification required; OSHA 30 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple data center projects ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and cost standards.
• Provide strategic direction across preconstruction, execution, commissioning, and closeout.
• Resolve complex cost, schedule, quality, and risk management challenges.
• Conduct regular project reviews to assess financials, schedule, and performance.
• Develop execution strategies that support uptime and client expectations.
• Lead pursuit strategies and collaborate on proposals, estimating, and client presentations.
• Oversee buyout, subcontractor selection, and cost management.
• Foster senior-level client relationships and drive repeat business.
• Attract and develop Project Managers and Superintendents, building high-performing teams.
• Promote best practices like VDC, Lean, sustainability, and prefabrication.
