Job summary

LF Driscoll, part of the STO Building Group, is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a Data Center project in Butler Township, PA. The role requires 10–15 years of general contractor project management experience and a proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and teams.

The successful candidate will lead multi-disciplinary coordination, ensure quality and safety compliance, and maintain excellent relationships with owners, tenants, and the project team.

Qualifications

• Must have experience managing multiple construction projects.
• Strong ability to prepare reports on status, finances and schedules.
• Proven ability to lead weekly status meetings with owners, reps, vendors, and subs.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, architects, engineers and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall management and success of multiple projects to meet quality, client satisfaction and profitability goals.
• Manage all project staff and maintain strong owner relations, tenants and professional groups.
• Oversee paperwork and administrative tasks for project management execution.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, and related items to ensure timely and quality project completion.
• Prepare, review and distribute project reports and meeting minutes.
