Qualifications

• 8+ years in construction project management for data center or mission-critical environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, high-value data-center projects across cost, schedule, and scope.
• Direct PMs, APMs, and project coordinators, ensuring delivery standards and reporting.
• Develop MOPs, ROM estimates, and procurement strategies for GMP/NTE arrangements.
• Coordinate electrical, mechanical, controls, and other trades through phased delivery.
• Ensure QA, commissioning of critical power and life-safety systems in energized environments.
• Provide rigorous, data-driven reporting to clients and manage risk escalations.
