Job summary

Cumming Group in the United States is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale data center and critical infrastructure construction projects from planning through commissioning and turnover.

You will manage project scope, budget, schedule, risk, quality, procurement, contractor performance, and stakeholder communication while ensuring successful project execution and delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience managing data center, mission-critical, or large-scale construction projects.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, project controls, budgeting, scheduling, QA/QC, commissioning, and contractor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of project delivery, including planning, construction, commissioning, startup, and closeout.
• Develop and manage scope, schedules, budgets, cash flow, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate activities among clients, engineering teams, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, QA/QC, and commissioning teams.
