Job summary

A technology infrastructure firm is seeking a Senior Project Manager to manage all aspects of capital construction projects including data center development and facility upgrades. Responsibilities include financial management, project scheduling, and team coordination. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in commercial construction project management, preferably in data center environments, and a relevant degree. This role requires extensive travel, up to three weeks per month.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Experience leading and managing design teams is required.
• Project management experience on data center projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage every aspect of assigned capital construction projects including permitting and coordination.
• Lead project kick-off meetings and vendor coordination meetings.
• Ensure timely submission of vendor invoices to Accounts Payable.

Skills

Knowledge of Entitlements and Zoning processes

Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills

Proficiency with AutoCAD, Bluebeam

Experience in cost estimating

Education

Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or Architecture
