Cushman & Wakefield in Austin seeks Senior Project Manager for Data Center within Life & Technology Sciences Platform, leading all project delivery for commercial real estate initiatives.

You will coordinate with multiple departments, clients, and partners to ensure seamless execution and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Applicants bring 7+ years CRE PM, PMP/LEED preferred, Primavera P6 experience, and a track record delivering complex ground-up and build-to-suit projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or mechanical/electrical engineering; advanced degrees desirable.
• 5–10+ years of design and construction industry experience.
• 7+ years of Commercial Real Estate Project Management experience with related experience in product development, launch, business process optimization, regulatory submission and/or regulatory compliance.
• PMP and LEED certificates preferred; knowledge of Six Sigma desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development efforts in engaging new sectors and with local markets.
• Spearhead initiatives across AI, IoT, Mission Critical, Data Center, and other advanced technologies solutions.
• Lead multi-disciplined Advanced Technologies Commercial Real Estate projects with tailored client solutions.
• Act as the primary client representative on all aspects of assigned engagements; ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Bridge communication between the company’s departments, third-party partners, and clients for seamless service integration.
• Oversee and deliver projects meeting client expectations and requirements.
• Foster cross-business collaboration with Project & Development Services leadership while protecting client and stakeholder interests.
• Uphold professionalism and integrity, pursuing win-win outcomes.
