Job summary

LF Driscoll Company is seeking a Project Executive for a Data Center project in Butler Township, PA. The role leads on-site construction activity, manages project profitability, and serves as the primary owner liaison to ensure successful delivery.

The executive oversees pre-construction and execution teams, reviews bids and subcontractor qualifications, and maintains client relations to drive repeat business. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction or related field or equivalent job experience.
• Minimum 15 years commercial general contractor project management experience.
• Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, MSProject).
• Ability to meet and deal with owners and architects on a professional level.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project activity and schedule with the office or alliance partner; inform leadership of significant changes.
• Prepare project reports including status, financials, and schedules.
• Lead team meetings; ensure safety meetings are documented.
