Job summary

SB Energy is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead planning and execution of data center, critical infrastructure, and large-scale MEP construction projects. You will coordinate design efforts, review technical documents, and manage cross‑functional teams and external consultants to keep programs on schedule.

This on-site role is based near Lubbock, Texas, with a base pay of $140,000–$190,000 and a potential discretionary bonus, plus a comprehensive health and wellness benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field; or equivalent industry experience.
• 8+ years of professional experience.
• 2–5 years in construction or engineering project support roles, exposure to data centers or large mechanical/electrical systems preferred.
• Basic understanding of MEP systems, construction sequencing, and project coordination.
• Familiarity with reading construction drawings and technical documents.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar).
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design and construction efforts across multiple stakeholders.
• Review and interpret architectural plans and MEP specifications.
• Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, and action items.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones using scheduling tools.
• Assist with budget tracking, invoice processing, and change order documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants.
• Prepare regular status reports and support client meetings.
