Qualifications

• Demonstrated competency in project controls including front end planning, constructability, budgeting and scheduling.
• Knowledge of cost management for construction projects and pricing strategies.
• Ability to communicate with clients and teams to ensure alignment and timely decisions.
• Experience with capital planning, governance, and funding processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform project controls services including capital planning, governance, front end planning, project funding, project setup, procurement to pay, cost and commercial management, schedule control, risk management, and project close-out.
• Support delivery of portfolios, programs and project delivery.
• Assist in developing client capital plans and updates with cashflow and accrual information.
• Facilitate funding requests by consolidating information from multiple sources.
