Qualifications

• BS in Construction, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–8 years in Cost Management or Quantity Surveying with accreditation preferred.
• MRICS/AssocRICS/CCP/CEP/CPE or equivalent is advantageous.
• Experience on large-scale real estate or data-center projects.

Responsibilities

• Review and estimate scope from project documents.
• Develop and manage sub-contractor, vendor, and client relationships.
• Lead client accounts and contract negotiations.
• Prepare cost analyses and subcontractor change-order estimates.
