Job summary

You will direct PMs, coordinate with engineering and vendors, and ensure cost, schedule, and quality targets are met while maintaining top-tier client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of construction project management experience in data centers or mission-critical environments.
• Demonstrated ownership of full project delivery on large, complex projects.
• Experience with GMP/NTE or similar contract structures.
• Proficiency with project management, scheduling and financial software.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of high-value, mission-critical data center projects.
• Direct PMs, APMs, and coordinators; own client and leadership-facing accountability.
• Manage GMP/NTE budgets, ROM development, change orders, and forecasts.
• Coordinate electrical, mechanical, controls, and other trade contracts.
• Provide data-driven reporting and risk management to clients.
