The ideal candidate has 8+ years of construction project management experience in mission-critical environments, direct oversight of electrical, mechanical, and controls trades, and proven GMP/NTE

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related technical field.
• 8+ years of construction project management experience in data centers or mission-critical environments.
• Proven track record delivering large, high-value projects ($50M+).
• Direct oversight of electrical, mechanical, generator, and controls trades.
• Strong commercial and contract leadership with GMP/NTE experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex data-center programs, controlling cost, schedule, scope, and procurement.
• Provide guidance to PMs, APMs, and coordinators to maintain delivery standards.
• Develop pre-design and feasibility work, including ROM estimates with high confidence.
• Coordinate multi-trade contracts through phased, overlapping delivery.
• Deliver data-driven client reporting and manage risk escalations.
