Google in the United States is seeking a Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary data center projects from inception to deployment.

You will coordinate requirements, schedules, risks, and budgets across cross-functional teams including design, construction, and operations.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in program or project management.
2 years of experience with technical teams across project management, engineering, and construction of data centers or mission critical facilities.
2 years of experience with electrical, mechanical, controls, security monitoring, fire safety, networking/fiber, server equipment, systems, or infrastructure.

Manage multiple data center projects from inception to completion, overseeing all phases, including concept development, design, construction, and deployment.
Gather and analyze internal requirements, translating them into effective solutions that meet the needs of our data center operations teams.
Work effectively within an organization, collaborating with cross-functional partners, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain project momentum.
Communicate project updates, risks, and opportunities to leadership and stakeholders.
Analyze and evaluate construction issues, developing creative solutions that minimize impact on project timelines and costs.
