Ladders is seeking a Sr. Account Director, Data Center Portfolio in Atlanta, GA. You will serve as the senior account leader for a multi-regional data center portfolio, aligning service delivery with client business goals and maintaining executive relationships.

You will oversee account governance, operational performance, and continuous improvement, while driving financial accountability, contract compliance, and opportunities to expand account value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA, Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 12-15 years of leadership experience in facilities management or data center operations.
• Experience managing large-scale, multi-site client portfolios.
• Proven success in managing complex P&Ls and service contracts.
• Strong knowledge of integrated facility management services and critical systems operations.
• Experience with disaster recovery and operational resiliency planning.
• Strong analytical and financial management skills.
