Job summary

T5 Data Centers in Atlanta, GA seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead complex data center portfolios from concept through turnover, guiding multidisciplinary teams with clarity and accountability.

You will manage master planning, coordinate engineering and GC teams, monitor progress, drive safety, budget, and executive reporting, and partner with utility providers to ensure reliable, efficient delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent data center experience.
• 4+ years of Project Management experience.
• Data center development and/or data center construction experience.
• Substation design experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the due diligence and master/campus planning phases for assigned data center portfolio.
• Lead program-level planning across multiple buildings and phases to ensure alignment with campus delivery objectives.
• Provide oversight of engineering firms & general contractors throughout all project phases.
• Deliver constructability input on electrical and mechanical designs to ensure cost-effective, buildable solutions.
• Guide clients toward sound strategies using knowledge of critical infrastructure systems to drive reliability and efficiency.
• Monitor construction progress and prepare executive-level updates on milestones, schedules, risks, and constraints.
• Drive utility engagement and coordination with public utility services.
• Lead IMS coordination and schedule recovery strategies for critical milestones.
• Reinforce safety ownership and adherence to safety policies.
• Serve as the lead point of contact for portfolio clients and coordinate across disciplines for seamless handoffs.
• Lead executive-level reporting and presentations for the portfolio.
• Oversee budget management and cost control; review invoices and change orders with stakeholders.
