Job summary

Computacenter (UK) Ltd in Atlanta is seeking a Program Manager to lead a dedicated sales portfolio, aligning services with business goals and ensuring efficient delivery across Professional Services, Managed Services, and Technical Services.

You will manage portfolio governance, reporting to governance boards, coordinate resources, and partner with Sales Directors, Account Managers, Solutions teams and customers to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps.

Qualifications

5–10 years of portfolio, program, or project management in IT Professional Services or related tech environment.
Experience supporting pre‑sales, solution costing, and SOW development.
Experience partnering with sales and solutions teams to translate goals into portfolio strategy.
Experience managing escalations, risks, and financial performance across multiple projects.
Legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Oversee centralized project portfolio management and alignment with customer strategy.
Develop a portfolio roadmap with KPIs, capacity, backlog, and utilization.
Govern governance practices and present updates to boards and stakeholders.
Collaborate with Sales Directors, Account Managers, Solutions, and customers.
Coordinate internal and external resources to optimize delivery outcomes.
