Job summary

KODIAK Construction Recruiting & Staffing seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a major data center project on-site in Turkey, Texas. The role requires guiding a PM team, handling budgets, schedules, and subcontractor regimes while ensuring safety and quality.

You will oversee procurement, commissioning, turnover, and closeout, coordinating with owners, GC partners, and design teams to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of project management experience in commercial/industrial construction.
• Experience leading data center or mission-critical projects and mentoring PMs.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, cost controls, scheduling and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale data center or industrial construction projects from award to completion.
• Mentor and oversee up to four Project Managers throughout the lifecycle.
• Direct estimating, bidding, and project turnover as Bid Captain.
• Manage contracts, subcontracts, POs, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and docs.
• Control schedules, budgets, VOCs, value engineering, and cost reporting.
• Coordinate preconstruction activities and planning meetings.
