Job summary

KODIAK Construction Recruiting & Staffing seeks an experienced Electrical Project/Construction Manager to lead a major Data Center build in West Texas. You will drive startup through turnover, coordinate schedules, staffing, procurement, and subcontractors, while interfacing with clients and project teams.

Must have 8+ years in electrical construction management with Data Center or EPC experience, strong budgeting and scheduling expertise, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of electrical construction management experience.
• Data Center, Mission Critical, Industrial, or EPC project experience.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, contracts, and project controls.
• Proven leadership and client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall project execution from startup through turnover.
• Manage project schedules, staffing plans, procurement strategies, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project financial performance and forecasting.
• Develop and execute project delivery strategies.
• Interface directly with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
• Manage project risks, change management, and issue resolution.
• Ensure quality, safety, and schedule objectives are achieved.
• Drive successful commissioning and project closeout activities.
