Job summary

Spencer Ogden is recruiting on behalf of a leading US general contractor for a Project Executive to lead major data centre projects from preconstruction through completion. Based in the United States, you will oversee $100M+ data centre programs and mentor senior project teams.

You will own project execution, schedule, budget, risk and commercial performance, manage senior client relationships, coordinate complex MEP, construction and commissioning activities, and lead PMs, CMs, Superintendents

Qualifications

• 15+ years of construction experience.
• Strong MEP, commercial and client management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead $100M+ data centre projects and senior project teams.
• Own project execution, schedule, budget, risk and commercial performance.
• Manage senior client and stakeholder relationships.
• Oversee complex MEP, construction and commissioning activities.
• Lead PMs, CMs, Superintendents and trade partners.
