Job summary

Spencer Ogden is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead mission critical electrical construction projects, including hyperscale and data center developments across the United States.

You will oversee preconstruction through closeout, manage budgets, schedules, procurement and subcontractor coordination, and mentor junior staff. Strong client relations and financial acumen are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of electrical construction experience.
• 5+ years managing large-scale construction projects.
• Experience delivering mission critical, data center projects.
• Strong commercial and financial management experience.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and construction/project management software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
• PMP certification advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of mission critical electrical construction projects.
• Manage project planning, budgets, schedules, forecasting, procurement, and financial performance.
• Oversee preconstruction activities including contract reviews and execution planning.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, owners, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and billing.
• Partner with Superintendents and field teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Mentor and develop Project Managers and field personnel.
• Lead project meetings and report to senior leadership.
