Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Data Center Construction Project Manager to serve as on-site owner’s representative, leading hyperscale data center projects from pre-construction through close-out. You will oversee general contractors, manage contracts, and ensure alignment with design specs, budgets, master schedules, and Ready-for-Service dates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction, Architecture, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of construction project management experience.
• Minimum 3 years managing data center construction with MEP focus.
• Contract value management $100M+ projects.
• Deep understanding of data center infrastructure (power, cooling, redundancy).
• Experience with web-based project management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction projects from pre-construction through close-out as on-site owner’s representative.
• Oversee general contractors, manage contracts, and ensure alignment with design specs, budgets, master schedules, and RFS dates.
• Coordinate and commission MEP and low-voltage systems; travel to project sites to verify progress and quality; identify and address risks.
