Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Project Manager (Data Center) to lead large-scale commercial projects across multiple locations, including San Antonio, Castroville, and other regional sites. You will manage field leadership, coordinate with MEP teams, and ensure safety, budget, and schedule goals are met, using Procore, PlanGrid, Bluebeam, and BIM 360.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of field leadership experience on large-scale commercial or industrial construction projects.
• 3+ years of direct experience managing data center or mission-critical projects.
• Deep technical knowledge of MEP systems, UPS, BMS, CRAC/CRAH units, generators, and switchgear installations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead subcontractor coordination and hold teams accountable to project goals.
• Proficiency with construction technology platforms (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid, Bluebeam, BIM 360).
• OSHA 30 and current First Aid/CPR certifications required.
