Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, specifically electrical construction.
• Experience managing data center projects and working with major clients.
• PMP or equivalent certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of large-scale electrical construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
• Oversee project teams, contractors, subcontractors, and staff to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Act as the primary client contact, maintaining relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
• Develop detailed project plans with timelines and cost estimates; manage resources accordingly.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams to meet objectives.
• Report project status and outcomes to senior management.
