Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Project Manager for data center projects. The role requires 10+ years of field leadership on large-scale construction and 3+ years in data center or mission-critical environments.

You will manage MEP systems, UPS, BMS, CRAC/CRAH, and switchgear installations, coordinating subcontractors with Procore, PlanGrid, and Bluebeam. Compensation ranges from $150,000 to $200,000 per year with a competitive bonus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of field leadership experience on large-scale commercial or industrial construction projects.
• 3+ years of direct experience managing data center or mission-critical projects.
• Deep technical knowledge of MEP systems, UPS, BMS, CRAC/CRAH units, generators, and switchgear installations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead subcontractor coordination and hold teams accountable to project goals.
• Proficiency with construction technology platforms (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid, Bluebeam, BIM 360).
• OSHA 30 and current First Aid/CPR certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Lead field teams on large-scale projects and ensure safety, schedule, and budget compliance.
• Coordinate subcontractors and drive accountability to project goals.
• Oversee installation of MEP systems, UPS, BMS, and switchgear equipment.
• Utilize construction tech platforms for field management and project control.
