Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of data center experience preferred.
• Experience in a mission-critical operations environment.
• Ability to lift up to 25 kg and work in tight spaces.
• Leadership experience with a minimum of 10 people.

Responsibilities

• Oversee lifecycle management for servers and components.
• Coach teams on advanced power distribution practices.
• Define acceptance criteria for network changes.
• Lead post-incident reviews and root cause analysis.
• Mentor technicians and specialists.

Skills

Systems administration (Linux and/or Windows Servers)

Hardware repair, diagnosis, and break/fix

Networking fundamentals (DNS, TCP/IP)

Strong structured cabling skills

Education
