Job summary

CyrusOne in Lebanon, OH is seeking a Critical Environments Operator IV to join our 24/7/365 data center operations. Under Sr Facility Manager, you will perform O&M tasks to preserve reliability of the critical load and support building systems.

The role requires journeyman level electrical/mechanical/HVAC/R skills, 7–10 years in data centers, CMMS, subcontractor coordination, alarm response, and strong communication. On-site with shift flexibility, training provided.

Qualifications

• Journeyman level electrical, mechanical, HVAC/R skills.
• 7–10 years in Tier 2–4 data centers or related O&M roles.
• Experience with work order systems and contractor management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and operate critical data center systems to protect load.
• Respond to alarms, diagnose issues, and stabilize operations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for maintenance tasks.
• Use CMMS to track work orders, hours, and preventive maintenance.
