Job summary

CyrusOne is seeking a skilled facilities technician to join our Operations & Maintenance team in a 24/7 data center environment. You will support building systems, execute maintenance tasks, and ensure reliability of critical loads under the Sr. Facility Manager.

You will collaborate with contractors, use CMMS for work orders, and follow SOPs to uphold safety and performance in a high-demand facility setting.

• PC skills including word processing and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and operate Data Center facilities per O&M programs.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for maintenance and projects.
• Respond to alarms to preserve critical load and aid root cause analysis.
• Use CMMS to track maintenance work, labor hours, and work orders.
