Qualifications

• Journeyman level skills in electrical, mechanical, HVAC/R disciplines.
• 5–7 years working in Data Center Operations or O&M roles.
• Familiarity with Work Order Control procedures and CMMS.
• Knowledge of Visio/AutoCAD is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintenance and operations in a 24/7/365 Data Center environment.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for maintenance and project work while ensuring safety and reliability.
• Respond to alarms prioritizing critical load preservation and root-cause analysis for prevention.
