Job summary

CyrusOne is a global data center provider seeking a seasoned Operations & Maintenance professional. The role works within a 24/7/365 data center environment under the Sr. Facility Manager, focusing on maintaining reliability of the critical load and coordinating with contractors to ensure safe, compliant operations.

You will use CMMS systems, follow SOPs/MOPs/EOPs, and be prepared for extended on-site hours during emergencies while maintaining high workmanship standards.

Qualifications

• Journeyman level skills in electrical, mechanical, HVAC/R disciplines and related trades.
• 7–10 years working in Tier 2–4 data centers or similar Operations & Maintenance roles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; knowledge of Visio/AutoCAD is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and operate data center systems to preserve the reliability of critical load.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for maintenance and project work.
• Respond to building system alarms with priority on preserving critical load and minimizing damage; assist root-cause analysis.
• Use CMMS to track maintenance work, labor hours, PMs, and tickets; follow SOPs/MOPs/EOPs/MMRs.
