Qualificações

• Experience leading data center operations and maintenance.
• Ability to design and govern change activities and SOPs.
• Strong problem-solving and incident response skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees lifecycle management for servers and components; sets diagnosis, replacement, and validation standards.
• Coaches teams on power distribution and complex hardware interventions with SLA adherence.
• Plans and governs large-scale network builds and migrations; ensures interoperability and sign-off gates.
• Owns escalation queue; conducts investigations and documents resolutions within SLAs.
• Governs SOPs/MOPs adherence; leads compliance reviews and change records.
• Leads post-incident reviews and RCAs; reduces risk across fleets.
• Mentors staff; plans on-call readiness and cross-team collaboration.
• Drives planning, execution, collaboration, problem solving, continuous learning and improvement across teams.
