You will mentor teams, govern change activities, and coordinate with engineering, capacity, networking, and security to optimize performance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee lifecycle management for servers and components with minimal impact to critical workloads.
• Coach teams on power distribution and hardware interventions; ensure reliability and safety.
• Lead network planning, risk assessment, and governance for large-scale builds and migrations.
• Own escalation queue, conduct investigations, and document resolutions within SLAs.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs/MOPs, security controls, and audit trails.
• Drive post-incident reviews and enterprise-level RCAs to reduce risk.
• Mentor staff, influence staffing for on-call/peak events, and promote collaboration.
• Deliver complex work per project requirements and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Collaborate with engineering to improve observability and alert fidelity.
