Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent on‑the‑job experience.
• 8+ years in data center or mission‑critical operations.
• 5+ years leading multiple teams across sites.
• Experience with enterprise relationships and 24x7 accountability.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and operational planning.
• Proven change management and continuous improvement.

• Ensure 24x7 safety, reliability, and SLA compliance.
• Drive readiness, incident management, and risk mitigation.
