Job summary

EOS IT Solutions is seeking a Data Center Operations Manager to oversee a pod across hyperscale data centers, guiding 24x7 operations, staffing, and service delivery for over 200 staff. Lead cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement in a high-stakes environment.

Reporting to Service Delivery Manager or Service Director, you will manage budgets, safety, and KPI performance while ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, information technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of leadership experience in data center operations, managed services, critical facilities, or mission-critical operations.
• 5+ years managing multiple operational teams across geographically distributed sites.
• Experience leading organizations of 100+ employees; 200+ preferred.
• Experience leading 24x7 operations with accountability for safety, service delivery, and operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily ops across multiple data center campuses (NOC, Field Ops, Deployment, Infra).
• Ensure 24x7 operations, safety, and SLA compliance.
• Drive incident management, risk mitigation, and business continuity.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, capacity, and performance.
• Manage budgets, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting.
