Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is seeking a seasoned IT Operations Lead to manage 24x7 data center activities, incident response, and change management. You will coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure continuous operation in a high-demand retail environment.

The role requires leadership, strong DCIM/CMDB knowledge, and collaboration with senior stakeholders across the organization. Prior data center and retail IT experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a computer science/IT field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in IT support/operations with PC/server hardware.
• 2+ years across multiple platforms or specialty areas.
• 2+ years in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite 24x7 operations coverage for a mission critical facility.
• Lead incident response, coordinate resources, and perform root cause analysis.
• Oversee third-party vendors, validate work quality, and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate and audit infrastructure changes to minimize risk and ensure production readiness.
• Mentor junior staff and serve as escalation point for operational issues.
