Job summary

EOS IT Solutions in the United States is seeking a Data Center Service Lead to drive continuous improvement and day‑to‑day operations across data center and network projects. You will manage rack installs, fiber span repairs, and coordinate with clients to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.

The role requires travel to multiple sites, with a focus on coordinating cross‑functional teams, maintaining schedules, and controlling budgets while improving service delivery and customer

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing global technical teams and supporting enterprise network deployments.
• Strong understanding of routers, switches, dynamic routing protocols, and circuit troubleshooting.
• Experience with process improvement and systems development, particularly through automation.
• Demonstrated ability in change control and maintenance in production environments.
• Experience in service management and meeting SLAs; customer success planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams in planning and delivering data center and network installation projects.
• Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, schedule, budget, and risks.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure delivery.
• Oversee resource allocation and optimize utilization for timely outcomes.
• Establish quality controls to meet specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Identify risks early and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor budgets and provide regular status reports to leadership.
