Job summary

DataBank Holdings Ltd. is seeking a Data Center Manager to lead onsite operations across multiple sites, ensuring 24x7 coverage and safe, efficient performance. You will coordinate preventive maintenance, manage contractors, and maintain strong client relations in a dynamic facility environment.

The role requires at least 5 years in data centers and 3 years of supervisory experience, with LEED being a bonus. NetSuite experience is a plus for PO processing.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years data center experience.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• LEED certification is a bonus but not required.
• Ability to train and mentor staff to advance.
• Experience with NetSuite for purchase orders.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day duties of onsite DCT personnel across sites.
• Monitor infrastructure using the BMS system and coordinate escalations.
• Develop and monitor a preventative maintenance program.
• Maintain site cleanliness and safety; ensure proper documentation.
• Coordinate with contractors and ensure quality workmanship and safety.
• Plan weekly 24x7x365 coverage and on-call rotation.
• Ensure security policies are followed and customer relationships are maintained.
