Job summary

Lambda, The Superintelligence Cloud, is seeking a Data Center Infrastructure Engineer to join our Plano, TX data center team. You will rack, label, and configure new infrastructure and troubleshoot hardware/software in GPU and networking systems.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with DCIM, power distribution, cable management, and cross-functional collaboration to align operations with company goals. Some travel for new data center bring-ups may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience with critical infrastructure systems for data centers.
• Familiar with carrier DIA tests, fiber testing and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of power theories and cable media types.
• Willing to train junior staff and travel for new data center bring-ups.

Responsibilities

• Rack, label, cabling, and configure new infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software in GPU and networking systems.
• Document data center layout and network topology in DCIM.
• Coordinate with supply chain for large-scale deployments.
• Manage parts depot inventory through lifecycle stages.
• Collaborate with HW Support to resolve incidents and share solutions.
• Work with RMA team to return faulty parts and order replacements.
• Follow installation standards for consistency across data centers.
