Job summary

Lambda, The Superintelligence Cloud, is hiring for a data center infrastructure role in Plano, TX. You will rack, label, cable, and configure new server, storage, and network hardware in the data center.

You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, document layouts in DCIM, and work with supply chain to ensure timely deployments across multiple data centers. Some travel to bring up new locations is required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of data center infrastructure components: power distribution, cooling, cabling, environmental monitoring.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow install instructions.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new hardware and processes.
• Willingness to travel for bringing up new data center locations.

Responsibilities

• Rack, label, cabling, and configure new server/storage/network infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on advanced systems.
• Document data center layout and topology in DCIM software.
• Coordinate with supply chain and manufacturing for deployments.
