Job summary

Lambda, The Superintelligence Cloud, is seeking a Data Center Operations role to support and deploy large-scale GPU and Networking systems in our Plano, TX data center. This on-site position requires coordinating with supply chain, manufacturing, and software teams to ensure timely deployment and stable operation.

You will rack, cable, label, and configure infrastructure; troubleshoot hardware and software issues; update DCIM topology; manage an inventory depot; and collaborate with HW Support

Qualifications

• Experience with critical infrastructure in data centers including power, cooling and monitoring.
• Familiarity with DCIM software and structured cabling best practices.
• Ability to read network diagrams and troubleshoot hardware issues in GPU & networking systems.
• Experience with ticketing tools like JIRA or Zendesk and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Ensure new server, storage and network infrastructure is properly racked, labeled, cabled, and configured.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in advanced GPU and Networking systems.
• Document and update data center layout and network topology in DCIM software
• Work with supply chain & manufacturing teams for timely deployment of systems
• Manage a parts depot inventory and track equipment through delivery to handoff
• Partner with HW Support to resolve incidents and disseminate solutions
• Work with RMA team to handle faulty parts and replacements
• Follow installation standards and labeling for consistency across data centers
