Job summary

Lambda, The Superintelligence Cloud, is seeking a Data Center Infrastructure Engineer to join our Plano, TX data center. You will ensure proper racking, labeling, cabling, and configuration of new server, storage, and network hardware, and troubleshoot complex hardware/software issues in high-end GPU and networking systems.

You will document DCIM layouts, collaborate with supply chain for large deployments, manage parts inventory, and work with HW Support and RMA teams to resolve incidents and

Qualifications

• Experience with critical infrastructure systems in data centers (power, cooling, environmental monitoring).
• Familiar with DCIM software and structured cabling.
• Strong Linux administration and server hardware knowledge.
• Experience with ticketing tools like JIRA and Zendesk.

Responsibilities

• Ensure new server, storage, and network infrastructure is properly racked, labeled, cabled, and configured.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in GPU and Networking systems.
• Document data center layout and topology in DCIM software.
• Coordinate with supply chain & manufacturing for deployments.
• Manage a parts depot inventory and track equipment through staging and handoff.
