Job summary

DataBank Holdings Ltd. in Dallas, TX, is seeking an experienced Facility Operations Manager to ensure 100% uptime for the data center and customer environments. You will drive processes, review MOPs/SOPs, and oversee power, cooling, and network readiness.

Lead cross-functional teams, present technical status, manage safety and ISO compliance, and coordinate with customers on deployments and outages. This role requires 7+ years in data center operations and strong supervisory skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of facility operations and management experience in the data center industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred; or equivalent training, education and experience.
• Data Center industry experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Drives process and procedure in the organization.
• Develop and review MOPs and SOPs.
• Ensures on-time implementation of solutions for customer applications, incl. space, power, and network prep.
• Prepares and presents technical presentations on the facility.
• Responsible for all technical aspects of facility operations including power and HVAC systems.
• Monthly reporting and metrics.
• Provides technical support to ensure successful customer integration and implementation of company solutions.
• Handles all facility issues encountered during day to day operations to ensure 100% uptime.
