Job summary

LINX seeks a seasoned Low Voltage Superintendent to lead field operations on hyperscale data center and large commercial projects across the United States. You will run crews, own project quality, and be the go-to problem solver on site.

The role emphasizes hands-on installation, leadership of 20–50 technicians, and strong client-facing coordination with GCs. Travel across the USA is required for this growing company’s diverse project pipeline.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading low voltage or structured cabling crews on commercial projects
• Experience with hyperscale data centers and major cloud clients
• Hands-on installation across structured cabling and fiber networks; ability to teach others
• Ability to train technicians and manage on-site safety and quality

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise low voltage technicians and crew across large projects
• Set daily/weekly crew priorities; manage scheduling and staffing on-site
• Conduct hands-on technical training on installation methods and testing
• Support hiring decisions and build crew capacity to meet demand
• Own on-site execution from mobilization to close-out for cabling and fiber
• Interpret test results, document quality and ensure compliance with standards
• Manage materials on-site and flag shortages before they impact schedule
• Represent LINX in meetings with GCs, owners, and clients
• Coordinate with suppliers and project managers on scope changes and budgets
• Travel to multiple sites across the USA as needed
