Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial or industrial HVAC experience.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, piping schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Familiarity with BMS/BAS systems for monitoring and control.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including CRAC/CRAH units.
• Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) per schedule.
• Respond quickly to mechanical equipment failures.
• Escalate critical events to management and assist in root cause analysis.
