Job summary

Nebius is seeking a Critical Infrastructure Engineer to ensure uptime of data center IT infrastructure, with oversight across electrical and mechanical systems. This onsite role in Minnesota focuses on reliability, capacity, and governance to support GPU and AI workloads.

You will bridge IT and facilities teams, monitor SLAs, guide change control, and lead incident response efforts in a fast-paced data center environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in data center or critical facilities environments.
• Hands-on knowledge of IT and electrical/mechanical infrastructure.
• Ability to review technical plans and identify risk.
• Experience with incident response and change control.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with Excel.
• Ability to coordinate with vendors and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure uptime and operational readiness of electrical and mechanical infrastructure.
• Monitor performance against SLAs and reliability standards.
• Review capacity, redundancy, and environmental conditions.
• Coordinate with providers and internal teams on changes.
• Translate infrastructure data into leadership-friendly reports.
