Job summary

FNBO is seeking a Facility Engineer to support the FNN Data Centers, monitoring electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and data center operations while ensuring uptime and safety.

Key duties include preventive maintenance, on-demand repairs, and supervising vendors, with on-call support on a regular rotation and inventory management responsibilities. Hours are Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, aligning with data center needs.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining building systems in data centers.
• Ability to respond to emergency calls on a rotation.
• Ability to supervise vendors and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and on-demand repair of building systems and property.
• Create and manage maintenance work orders and SLA adherence.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal/external customers and vendors.
• Assist with annual budgets and replacement plans.
• Understand and comply with bank policies, regulations, and safety procedures.
• Exhibit professional behavior and participate in special projects.
