Job summary

FNBO is seeking a Facility Engineer for the FNN Data Centers in Omaha to monitor and support electrical, mechanical (HVAC), and data center operations. You will perform inspections, manage uptime, oversee water pumps, HVAC controls, and respond to abnormal conditions.

The role requires 2–3 years of HVAC/BMCS experience, knowledge of electrical systems common to data centers, and strong problem solving. You will work onsite, supervise vendors, maintain documentation, and participate in on-call

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of work experience with HVAC, BMCS, electricity, plumbing and mechanical.
• Customer service experience in building and/or property maintenance.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and on demand repair of building systems, equipment and property maintenance.
• Monitor and evaluate data center performance, including power consumption and ambient temperature.
• Supervise vendors and contractors working in the data center, ensuring compliance and security standards.
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and maintenance records.
• Respond to emergencies and on-call rotation as required.
