Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing complex proposals or preconstruction activities.
• Experience supporting large-scale construction, engineering, infrastructure, or data center projects.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple pursuits under tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end proposal process for RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, presentations, executive summaries, and commercial submissions.
• Develop and manage proposal schedules, deliverables, and review milestones.
• Coordinate proposal kickoffs, strategy sessions, storyboard reviews, and final submission activities.
• Ensure proposals are delivered on time and meet all client requirements.
