Spencer Ogden in West Texas is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager / Project Executive to lead mission-critical data center construction projects from planning through completion. This senior role oversees the entire job site, onsite project teams of 40–50+, and coordination with owners, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to deliver on schedule and within budget.

Candidates require 15+ years in construction, a strong GC background, and proven success delivering large data

Qualifications

15+ years of construction experience.
Senior Project Manager / Project Executive or similar leadership role.
Significant GC background.
Experience managing large onsite teams of 40-50+.
Proven ability to deliver data center projects on schedule and within budget.
Onsite West Texas work for the duration of the project.

Responsibilities

Lead overall construction execution for large-scale mission-critical data center projects.
Oversee onsite project teams of 40-50+ personnel.
Manage project schedule, budget, scope, quality, and safety.
Coordinate GC operations, subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
Provide senior-level leadership throughout planning, construction, commissioning, and closeout.
Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
Manage project risks, changes, schedule impacts, and critical issues.
Serve as a key point of contact for the owner and project stakeholders.
Lead meetings, reporting, forecasting, and overall project strategy.
