Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree in HVAC or related field.
• 7–10 years of JLLS engineering experience or equivalent.
• 3–5 years supervisory experience.
• Thorough knowledge of building HVAC, electrical, plumbing, automation, and life safety/fire protection systems.
• Understanding of all building related codes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the operating engineers and oversee daily maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with tenants, contractors, and vendor staff on repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Develop and monitor annual budgets for operating engineers and maintenance programs.
• Lead energy efficiency initiatives and monitor utility consumption.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and building standards.
